PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
From corporate to community, Kemba Mitchell is dedicated to delivering authentic anti-racism presentations and workshops that drive institutional spaces to become proponents of change. Inspired by her late mother, Ina Cassell, a Pan Africanist, artist, and community activist, Mitchell’s exposure to Montreal’s diverse communities has profoundly influenced her appreciation for all personhood and their narratives.

The Why... what led me here?
KCM Consulting emerged from a deep understanding of the systematic injustices and divisive practices faced by marginalized communities, experiences I have personally endured. My story, though personal, resonates with countless others who navigate and survive similar challenges.
My mission, focused on community, youth, and Black justice advocacy, positions me to identify causes, effects, and solutions using real-time case studies and effective techniques. Witnessing performative efforts aimed at checking boxes to fulfill temporary mandates is unacceptable. I am committed to offering meaningful learning opportunities and solutions that drive real change in our community.
