Rooted in inclusive education practices, KCM Consulting offers tailored solutions that meet the needs of diverse environments. Backed by extensive experience in community engagement, and organizational development, Kemba brings strategic insight and lived expertise to every partnership.

Inspired by her late mother, Ina Cassell, a Pan Africanist, artist, and community activist, Kemba’s deep connection to Montreal’s diverse communities has shaped her unwavering commitment to honouring all personhoods and their stories.

KCM Consulting was born from a lived understanding of the systemic injustices and divisive practices that continue to harm marginalized communities, experiences I know intimately. While my story is deeply personal, it reflects the shared realities of so many who navigate and resist these same structures.

My mission is rooted in community building, youth empowerment, and Black justice advocacy. This work equips me to identify not only the causes and effects of systemic harm but also to offer practical, real-time solutions grounded in lived experience and case-based insight.

I’ve seen firsthand how performative actions driven by mandates rather than meaningful intent fail our communities. That’s why I’m committed to facilitating transformative learning opportunities that go beyond box checking and spark lasting, equity-driven change.
